Appointment Policy
We take both appointments and walk-ins, although we will see scheduled appointments first. All surgeries and grooms need to be scheduled, as there are only so many that we can do each day.
Request an appointment through your Pet Portal. Log in to get started.

Pre-surgical Policy
Dogs having surgery need to be current on all vaccinations (rabies, dhlppc, kennel cough), have a current negative heartworm test, and have had a complete blood panel run within the past 6 months. We ask that the owners stop food at 7 pm the night before surgery, stop water at midnight, and bring the pet in for admission between 7-8 am. Cats having surgery need to be current on all vaccinations (rabies, dist-rhino, feline Bordetella), and have had a complete blood panel run within the past 6 months. Admission procedures are the same. All admissions are made through Cherokee Animal Clinic (the dog side), as the cat clinic does not open until 8 am.
